Tom Beaver from Rabenold, Koestel, Goodman & Denaro, P.C. will present the topic "What is the Legal Status of Protection Against Discrimination for LGBT Employees?" He will speak regarding sexual orientation and gender identification issues for employers as well as specific prohibitions against LGBT-based descrimination in State and Federal government. He will identifiy gender stereotyping vs. LGBT descrimination and give recommendations.
