    This policy briefing will proivde attendees with insight and information on changing labor and employment policy affecting the business community.  The speakers will address wage and hour laws and the increasing litigation due to discrepancies in state and federal laws, the 40 hour work week legislation, the paid leave proposal and the expedited union election rule from the NLRB.  There will also be time for Q&A with the expert panelists.
