The Impact of the #metoo Phenomenon
on the Law of Sexual Harassment
The social phenomenon of "metoo" as it relates to sexual harassment has increased social awareness of personal and professional behaviors. This seminar aims to examine the impact of this important phenomenon on workplace behavior and practices, along with the investigation and prosecution of sexual harassment.
By the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to identify potential unlawful sexual harassment, learn how to properly preserve evidence, and discern between "inappropriate conduct" and illegal sexual harassment.

Speaker: Kevin Moore, Esq.
Mr. Moore chairs the Leisawitz Heller Employment and Labor Practice Group, and is a past chair of the Berks County Bar Association Employment Law Section. Primarily representing employers, Kevin practices in state and federal court as well as before state and federal agencies.
Lunch will be provided as all you can eat ~ Soup, Salad, 2 Hot Pastas, Ice Cream & Drink.
Cost is $18 per session for chapter members.
