    Hiring for Fit or Diversity - Can You Do Both?

    The investment in a Diversity & Inclusion Strategy provides a great opportunity to attract talent, improve employee engagement, generate innovation, and improve business performance goals.  This presentation is designed to help HR professionals utilize the talent within their company to create a sustainable and business-focused Diversity & Inclusion Strategy.

    At the conclusion of this program, attendees will be able to build a business case for enhancing or creating a D&I hiring strategy and have a greater understanding of the advantages and disadvantages companies have when hiring for fit.

    Cost is $18 per session for chapter members.  

    Cost is $25 per session for non-members
