Learn best practices for implementing social media policies for your workplace through exploration of case law and analysis of recent National Labor Relations Board guidance.
Attendees will learn the various sources of regulation of social media policies, understand the Do’s and Don’ts of social media policies, and understand how to formulate and implement effective social media policies for their workplace.
