Getting Comfortable with Cannabis
This session will provide an overview of Pennsylvania’s Medical Marijuana law and its implications for employers. We will explore the intersection of this law with other federal laws that commonly affect employers and discuss developments that have taken place in the nearly two years since medical marijuana has become available to Pennsylvania residents.
