Do you wish your supervisors were highly competent with administering disciplinary actions when needed?This workshop will help you provide effective guidance so your supervisors gain more confidence around holding their staff responsible for meeting performance expectations.

Upon completion of this session, participants will be able to:

• Recognize the subtle but important difference between discipline and correction

• Address employee behavioral issues clearly and confidently

• Evaluate whether performance expectations are in place and understood by employees or not

• Understand how to best avoid discrimination claims
