Dealing wtih Difficult Co-Workers
This presentation will provide attendees an understanding of the various difficult co-worker types and methods which may be used to develop cooperation to achieve a non-hostile work environment. The course will explain the importance of why employees should try to resolve negative issues and the consequences of unresolved issues with difficult coworkers.
Following this presentation, attendees will be able to:
- Understand those impacts on coworkers which cause negativity
- Describe the various difficult coworker types and how they can be recognized
- Describe methods which may be used to develop cooperation to achieve a non-hostile work environment
- Understand the outcomes if methods adopted to not resolve problems
- Describe the importance of trying to resolve negative issues
- Describe the consequences of unresolved issues with difficult coworkers
