Restrictive Covenants: 2023 Update
Very recently, State Legislatives, Congress and the F.T.C. have sought to regulate post-employment non-competition covenantes. This session will examine the impact of governement action on the use and enforceability of employment restrictve covenants.
Following this presentation, attendees will be able to:

Understand the role of State and Federal regulators and legislators on an area of law historically left to the courts.

Identify the potential consequences of government ation on the subject matter of an employee contract.

Learn "best practices" to draft and enforce employment agreements containing restrictive covenants.
