    This presentation explores the latest advancements in AI, including agentic AI, and their transformative impact on the workforce. This session will guide HR leaders and business executives through the evolution of AI, its role in enhancing employee experience and productivity, and strategies for integrating AI into workforce operations. Attendees will gain actionable insights on how to leverage AI to create a more efficient, empowered, and future-ready workplace.

    At the conclusion of this presentation, attendees will be able to:

    1. Explain the evolution of AI and its latest advancements (e.g., agentic AI) and their impact on the workforce.

    2. Understand the role of digital and human workforce collaboration and how AI can augment, not replace, human capabilities.

    3. Identify opportunities to enhance employee experience through AI-driven personalization, automation, and decision support.

    Harold Ford is a seasoned HR executive and Practice Director at Net at Work, specializing in digital transformation, HR technology, and employee experience. With over three decades of experience, he helps organizations optimize their HR and payroll operations through cutting-edge HCM platforms, automation, and data-driven decision-making.

    Harold is passionate about the evolving workplace, talent management, and the integration of technology to enhance business outcomes. He is an active member of SHRM, where he holds both Senior Professional certifications (SPHR and SHRM-SCP). 

    Harold resides in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania with his wife and two sons, where he was born and raised. A tech enthusiast and problem-solver at heart, Harold brings a forward-thinking, strategic approach to HR, ensuring organizations align their people, processes, and technology for long-term success.
