    Session 3 in 2025/26 Fall-Winter Lunch & Learn

    Medicare 101 for HR Professionals

This is a virtual session held via MicroSoft Teams

Medicare is a maze. Everence Medicare Specialists will equip HR professionals to guide and support employees transitioning to Medicare and/or retirement.

To give participants a working knowledge of Medicare, our specialists will review enrollment periods, penalties, employer size rules, COBRA, HSAs, coverage options, employer forms, and Q&A.

Following this presentation, participants will be able to . . .

    1. …complete Medicare enrollment forms accurately.
    2. …know when their coverage is primary or secondary to Medicare.
    3. …advise employees on when and how to enroll in Medicare.
    4. …understand the Medicare rules around HSAs and COBRA.
    5. …correctly identify the parts of their coverage employees may want to retain.
