OSHA 101 – OSHA Inspection Mechanics and Local Structure
This virtual session will focus on basic OSHA information including how OSHA is organized, the how and why of what triggers and OSHA inspection, what to expect during an OSHA inspection.
Following this presentation, participants will be able to . . .
- Identify how OSHA is organized and how to contact the local OSHA office in Harrisburg PA.
- Identify the reasons or ways that OSHA can legally initiate an inspection.
- Understand the mechanics of how an OSHA inspection occurs from first contact and opening conference through closing conference and actions that occur at the end of an inspection.
