    Blueprint For Leadership

    The United Way sponsored a program called Blueprint For Leadership.  The program will annually recruit, train, place and support twelve diverse individuals to succed in positions of leadership in nonprofit agencies and commnunity organizations.  In this program, you will gain the ability to identify high potential employees with a diverse background and recommend to our program.  You will learn how to diversify the board room environment, and play an active role in the progressional development of the selected employee.

    Meeting Details

    • Pre-registration is required by Tuesday, June 9th by emailing Wendy Button. Cancelations of registrations are also due by this date to avoid fee.

    • 7:00am - 7:30am check-in and networking time.

    • 7:30am - 8:00am breakfast and general business meeting.

    • 8:00am - approx. 9:00am presentation.

    • Members registering guests must be in attendance at meeting.

    • Member cost is $18.  Guest cost is $25.  Check made payable to SHRM Berks Chapter is preferred but cash will also be accepted.

    • Dress code at Berkshire Country Club is business casual:  no jeans or shorts.

      This meeting has been submitted for re-certification credit with SHRM and HRCI.
